We will gladly accept exchanges/ returns on items within 7 days from receipt of merchandise (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached).  Footwear will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag.

ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON SALE ITEMS.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped within 1-3 days or upon availability. In the event of “Out of Stock” of a desired style, size, or color for exchange we will contact you within 24 hours Monday thru Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm PST of receipt of item to arrange how to proceed.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

Please email: Info@garbstorecasestudy.com or call the store 323 549 9668 Monday thru Friday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm PST within 5 days of receiving your order and we will confirm stock for exchange or issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 

NO returns will be accepted without this RA #. Please mark RA # clearly on the outside of the box.

We require that your item be returned within 7 days of receiving your RA#.  Please note that all returns that do not meet the 7-day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered for exchange, only store or online shop credit will be given. 

If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Garbstore Case Study. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a store credit will not be granted.
