ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

All orders placed via online shop at www.garbstorecasestudy.bigcartel.com, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) BEFORE 3:00 pm PST will be processed that day and ship within 1-3 business days, pending item availability, credit card or PayPal payment verification. Orders placed AFTER 3:00 pm PST Monday thru Thursday will be processed the next business day and ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday will be processed following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday, Sunday or holidays will not be included in transit.

PAYMENT POLICY 

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as payment processed through PayPal. Please refer to the paypal link provided for buyer and seller protection.  https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security In order to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification for large orders. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We DO NOT ship outside of the United States. Each product is set up with shipping cost. Multiple items purchased will be added together and based on weight and size, system will determine shipping charge. Garbstore Case Study automatically uses USPS Priority Flat Rate 2-3 days delivery as the shipping carrier. If you prefer USPS Express 1-2 day delivery, UPS Ground or expedited UPS shipping (2 or 3 day air), all alternative shipping requests must be requested via email or by calling the store within 30 minutes of purchase to confirm. Please note in Email Subject: Online Order # OR Phone/ Email Invoice # and note “Shipping Request”.

Upon receiving credit card or PayPal confirmed payment, you will receive an email notification of order received and order processing. Upon completion of order processing and assigned tracking number, you will receive an email notification with shipping carrier tracking number information. Please keep for your records to track your package.

USPS or UPS will confirm receipt by entering your package into their system. We are not responsible once drop off is made when they will process your shipment.

Upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, you will assume risk of loss and title for such purchased items. Any refused shipments from Garbstore Case Study, you are responsible for original shipping and return charges to you, and or the cost of returning the package to Garbstore Case Study. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

Orders received via PayPal payment and customer set up is, as a “PO Box” or “Ship To Address” outside of US, will be refunded. Refund will be within 1-5 business days to confirm that purchase(s) are not fraudulent. Once funds have cleared the purchase will be refunded via original credit card or PayPal payment. 

 

You will be notified via email notification regarding issued refund.  Refunds may take up to ten business days and processing time varies by bank or credit card issuer to complete. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for credit refund confirmation. Garbstore Case Study has no influence on bank or credit card issuer and their refund processing time.

Our automatic USPS and UPS shipping settings are set to “no signature required”. If you require a “Signature Required” for delivery, Please email us at info@garbstorecasestudy.com within 30 minutes of purchase and note in Subject: Online Order Number OR Subject: Phone/ Email Invoice Number and Note “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for your package.

If the recipient of the product is someone other than yourself, for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient’s delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased passing to you.

We will do our best to include the original packaging provided by brands that package their products. On occasion display items will not include original packaging but will be packed safely to protect the item(s) being shipped. All orders are shipped in standard or USPS Priority/ Express Flat Rate boxes.
